Free US ground shipping
Every physical order — including personalized card packs — ships free by ground shipping to all US states. There’s no order minimum and no shipping fee added at checkout.
When orders ship
Physical card orders begin shipping on September 8th. Orders placed before that date are held and sent out as soon as fulfillment opens; orders placed afterward are typically processed and handed to the carrier within a few business days, with ground transit taking a bit longer on top of that. Please allow extra time during the busiest weeks of the holiday season.
Holiday deadlines
- November 27th is the last day to order cards with interior or envelope personalization.
- December 11th is the last day to order if you’d like your cards to arrive before Christmas.
These dates give our fulfillment partner enough time to print, personalize, and ship every order — after them, we can’t guarantee delivery before the holiday.
Address changes
Made a mistake with your shipping address, or need to update it after placing your order? Contact us as soon as possible — we can update an address any time before an order ships, but we’re unable to redirect a package once it’s left our fulfillment partner. Carrier delays
Ground carriers see their heaviest volume during the holiday season, which can occasionally slow delivery beyond the usual transit time. We do our best to get every order out promptly, but we can’t control the carrier once a package is in transit. If your order seems delayed, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
International orders
Free ground shipping applies to US addresses. If you’d like cards shipped outside the United States, please call us at 847-784-2755 and we’ll be happy to discuss international shipping options and fees.
Digital cards and donations
Digital cards are delivered by email and donations aren’t physical products, so neither involves shipping — there’s nothing to mail and no shipping address needed at checkout.
